I have just started using it. Its an amazing product. My only thing is, I got 4 defective magnets. Im not sure if its me or the machine. Also got some metal chippings on the machine. still waiting for a reply from them to see if its ok. But other than that. the machine is amazing.

I have hand pain so was worried about how hard it would be ti use. So far no problems, but I haven't done a large quantity yet. Great quality, easy to use.
My only request would be smaller quantities on the supplies or perhaps a variety pack of the different products.
What a fantastic piece of equipment! I was debating between the 2x2 or the 2.5x2.5 and I am incredibly happy with my decision to move along with the 2.5x2.5! Came quickly than anticipated! Love this product! Something definitely to consider!

Love the machine and very easy to use once you get a hang of it ! The only thing I didn’t like is the how to use video. YouTube video is not very helpful. you gotta just mess with it and wing it, but one you get the hang of it, it’s perfect! Love the quality of my magnets as well!
