The Magic Number: It takes 4 individual puzzle pieces locked together to form 1 completed compartment for a MPRO 2"x2" photo magnet.
Infinite Scaling: Because every piece is universal, you only need to upload this single core file into your slicer and duplicate the quantity to match whatever layout your customer wants (e.g., 4 pieces for a 1x1 layout, 16 pieces for a 2x2 layout, 24 pieces for a 2x3 layout).
🛠️ Hardware & Assembly Details:
Hardware Pockets: Each individual puzzle piece features a built-in pocket precisely sized for standard 9mm x 3mm round magnets.
Simple Assembly: Apply a tiny dot of superglue (CA glue) into the circular pocket, press your 9mm x 3mm magnet in place, and let it dry. Once the 4 pieces are interlocked, the embedded magnets will flawlessly snap onto the back of any 50mm photo magnet.
