IMPORTANT RULES
1. Never take machines apart, do not use hammers or other tools to address issues you may encounter. If you run into an issue, contact us immediately and we will guide you through the process.
2. Physical damage to machines, machines taken apart or interfered in other ways will void your warranty, and repairs will require to be paid for.
3. If you use paper over 30lb, it may get jammed.
4. When putting parts in the pickup die, make sure to put only one mylar. Sometimes mylars are stuck together and it’s difficult to notice that there are two or three. When that happens, the parts will get jammed.
5. Paper and part jams are totally fine, and there is nothing to worry about. It will take time to get used to the machine. It’s important to remember not to use hammer in an attempt to fix the jam.
6. Do not fully open the Mylar package or leave it exposed on your workspace, as dust particles can settle on the mylar surface. This leads to scratches and defects during pressing. Store Mylars in sealed containers and only take them out right before use.
