I received my products and was very happy with them. They are quality machines. I struggled with my due cut machine but quickly figured it out. It doesn’t pop the paper out easily. I have to use a pencil to push out the paper due cut. Takes more time to do… but I deal with it. I was sent 2 bags of backings. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent me a bag of covers. I just hope I they will let me purchase a bag of covers so I can use the second bag backings 😉. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the equipment and quality of the end product.

The quality on the machine to the supplies are amazing! It is definitely worth the price. I've used the cheaper machines before and they're not nearly as great as these. I will be using MPRO as my supplier for my business.
